This Policy regarding the processing of personal data has been developed in compliance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ, dated July 26, 2006, “On Personal Data”.

The purpose of this Policy is to ensure the constitutional rights of individuals whose personal data is required to be processed by the Scientific and Production Firm "North-West Marine Agency", LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Company) to carry out its activities.

To ensure the security of personal data, the Company develops and implements the following:

• the procedure for accessing personal data processed in personal data information systems;
• the procedure for recording, processing, storing, using and transferring personal data;
• a complex of organizational and technical measures to protect personal data processed in personal data information systems;
• other measures aimed at ensuring compliance with requirements in the area of personal data protection.
