If there is not enough data, we arrange measurements, photographic recording, and request technical documentation from the manufacturer.

SZMA Logistics prepares and verifies the complete documentation set required for international multimodal transportation, including:

• transport documents for each haul (bill of lading / sea waybill, railway consignment notes, CMR / roadway bills, air waybills, depending on the route);
• commercial documents: invoice, packing list, specifications;
• insurance documents, certificates/permits, labeling and packaging instructions, if required;
• coordination of data for customs clearance and the correctness of the cargo description (to avoid delays and adjustments at the border).

• we reserve places with lines, railway operators, air carriers and road carriers;
• we organize container/transport provision for loading, coordinate "windows" at terminals and warehouses;
• we select the type of container and equipment (20’/40’, HC, Open Top, Flat Rack, refrigerated container, etc.);
• we ensure coordination of the schedule of connections between the route sections.

• we check the readiness of cargo and packaging for international transportation (protection, labeling, palletizing);

In transit, we provide the following:

• we coordinate transshipments and changes in transport modes at terminals;
• we track the progress of the cargo and inform the cargo owner about statuses and checkpoints;
• we respond promptly to schedule changes, weather factors, and infrastructure limitations;
• we arrange storage in a warehouse/terminal, re-registration of documents, and additional services, if required.

• we control the closing of shipping documents and the submission of originals/copies;

• we analyze the results: actual deadlines, costs, recommendations for optimizing future deliveries.
