• We agree on the cost, transit time, vehicle delivery conditions, packaging and labeling requirements.
• We order transport from trusted carriers/partners, reserve a loading slot, and coordinate the schedule and contact persons.

SZMA Logistics prepares and verifies the documentation set to ensure smooth transportation at borders and terminals, without any delays. Depending on the route and type of cargo, this may include the following:

• CMR (International Road Transport Bill)
• Invoice, Packing List
• Export/import documents, if required — transit procedures
• Certificates and permits (по требованию товара/страны): происхождение, соответствие, санитарные/фито- и др.
• Loading/fastening instructions, temperature requirements (for refrigerated trucks)
• Coordination of cargo insurance (по запросу) и условий ответственности

We verify documentation data (weight/volume/codes/names/addresses) in advance to eliminate discrepancies that often lead to downtime and additional costs.

• We check the readiness of the cargo and the warehouse for shipment (time, access, equipment, pallet/packaging requirements).
• We agree on the loading procedure, the type of fastening, and the need for belts / corners / anti-slip mats.
• We provide the carrier with instructions, contacts and route requirements.
• We organize the delivery of the car and ensure compliance with the time slot.

• We coordinate interactions between the carrier, the sender's warehouse, and the recipient, promptly resolving issues regarding the route, schedule, and borders.
• We monitor the status of transportation and compliance with deadlines.
• We inform the cargo owner about the key stages: loading, departure, border/terminal crossing, arrival.
• We organize adjustments, if needed: changing the unloading window, re-planning the route, additional checks/documentation.

• We control the correctness of the unloading and receipt of the supporting documents (signed CMR, recipient's marks).
• We check the closing documents and record the results of the transportation.
• We provide the cargo owner with a full package of confirmations and a progress report.
• If claims arise (damage/shortage/downtime), we help gather evidence and establish communication with the carrier during the settlement process.
